Wendy's Mexican Vacation
Almost a year ago, Wendy had a glorious trip to Mexico. She traveled to Oaxaca, which is in the mountains and then flew to the beach and a small village called St. Augustino. Oaxaca is a beautiful colonial city filled with ancient cathedrals, gardens, and parks. It is a cultural Mecca and filled with art galleries, markets, fabulous restaurants, and music galore. She traveled with her good friend Carl who knows all the best places because he goes there every year. The beach was beautiful and relaxing. Their hotel was on the water, very old, and only $15 per night.
They swam, read, walked, and ate wonderful food. Some other friends from Madison were there which added to the fun. Please call Wendy @ 221-2102 if you want any details for your travels.
W.O.R.C. will host a visitor from Scotland who is traveling here to learn how supportive employment works in the United States. Here is a traditional Scottish dish. ~recipe
