NEW JOBS!!!!
Howie Reilly, who has been with WORC for 12 years, has started a new job for 2 hours a week grocery shopping for a friend of Wendys who is disabled. So far it has been a great success! He shops with a job coach at Willy Street Coop on the east side. Howie's learning where all the products are and also using the freshly ground peanut butter machine. This past winter Howie shoveled her driveway and sidewalk after a lot of snow. Way to go Howie!! Congratulations!!

Darlene Anderson started working at Walgreen's in Deforest at the end of October last year. She cleans the bathrooms, breakroom, manager's office, and the training room at the store. She works three days per week for two hours each day. Darlene lovers her new job and her coworkers enjoy all the hard work that Darlene does for the store. She is always ready to work with a smile on her face. Way to go Darlene.
Susan Breuch began house cleaning for a woman who lives near her home last month. Susan is responsible for cleaning two bathrooms and the kitchen. She also vacuums in the dining room, living room, hallway, and stairs in the home. Susan cleans there every other week for about 1.5 hours and enjoys it quite a bit. Way to go Susan!
Katie Koclanes and Craig Tofte began working at Meadowmere Assisted Living in January. They both work in the housekeeping department. Katie vacuums and dusts many of the common areas, along with other duties her supervisor gives her. Craig helps disinfects the dining room tables and cleans 2 activity rooms. Katie and Craig are both enjoying their new jobs at Meadowmere.
